Adjustable Rate

Ingredients:
- 1 part Hornitos blanco tequila
- 1 part Cruzan blackberry rum
- 1/2 part DeKuyper Tropical Pineapple Coconut
- 5 parts fresh pineapple juice
- splash of orange juice
Garnish: pineapple

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. (Cocktail created by: Derek OÍNeill Butler, Prime One Twelve Restaurant, Miami, FL)
